What Is a TR-13A Form?
The TR-13A is a Michigan form used as part of the salvage vehicle inspection process. It is generally required when a vehicle with a salvage title has been repaired and is being prepared for inspection before it can move forward in the rebuilt title process.
The form helps document important information about the vehicle, including its identification, repairs, replacement parts, and inspection details. Supporting documents such as parts receipts, invoices, and other repair records may also be required as part of the inspection process.
